• Cots are $10.00 per night and subject to availability.

• Individual Cancellation Policy: If a guest should need to cancel all or part of an individual reservation, the cancellation must be done by 4pm of the day prior to that being cancelled. if less than 24hrs the day prior, subject to 1 night charge plus applicable taxes
• No Show Policy: Any guest with a guaranteed reservation who does not check in on the date reserved will be charged 100% of the guest room rate plus taxes for the first night of the reservation. The remainder of the reserved nights will be cancelled at this time.
• Early Departure Policy: If a registered guest requires to check out before their scheduled departure date the hotel must be notified by 4pm, of the day prior to departure or an early departure fee of 100% of the guest room rate plus taxes will apply.
• Early Check-In: Requests for early check-in are not guaranteed
• Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay required (tournament standard policy)

Cash and Debit payments are not accepted, unless with a valued Credit Card. Credit cards will be authorized for full room and taxes for the duration of their stay as well as an additional $100 security deposit. Provided no damage has been done the security authorization will be released upon check. Please note, the release of the authorization may take banks 4-5 business days to be reflected on your statement.

• Guest room block will be held until midnight (11:59pm) on November 5th, 2023
• Guest rooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space would be subject to availability and could be subject to regular hotel rates
• As families register for rooms - limited details will be forwarded to coach to monitor the hotel block
• A confirmation number should be provided by hotel directly at time of reservation or at the close of the team block
