• Cancellations less than 48-hours to check-in or no shows are subject to one night accommodation fee plus taxes
• If individual checks out before scheduled check-out day a fee of $75.00 will be charged
• Individual quests will be required to provide valid credit card (no debit credit cards) for hotel to preauthorize prior to check-in
• All guests must adhere to the hotel tournament rules & regulations and respect other hotel guests
• There will be a "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" in effect for the tournament weekend which could result in the removal of the entire team
