Hotel Policies:

• Rooms are not guaranteed on same floor or near each other
• Maximum 4 persons per room. If requiring more than 4 people - you must reserve 2 rooms
• Two night minimum stay is required
• If a registered guest requires to check out before their scheduled departure date the hotel will charge a $50.00 fee 
• Individual cancellation must be done by 4pm 3 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation of an entire group for full or part of the 2-nights within 30-days of arrival will be charged for the first night's stay
• Individual quests will be required to provide valid credit card (no debit credit cards) for hotel to preauthorize prior to check-in
• All guests must adhere to the hotel tournament rules & regulations and respect other hotel guests
• There will be a "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" in effect for the tournament weekend which could result in the removal of the entire team
• Children must be supervised at all times
