Hotel Policies:

  • Rooms are not guaranteed on same floor or near each other
  • Up to 2 adults and 2 kids 17 and under per room -- Extra Adult will be charged $15.00 per night
  • Two night minimum stay is required
  • Early check-out may result in 1 night charge
  • Individual changes and cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to 4:00 pm of arrival date or the guest will be charged for all nights originally booked
  • Should the entire group wish to cancel they must do so 30-days before arrival date, if cancellation is after this a cancellation fee of one night will be charged to each reservation
  • Individual quests will be required to provide valid credit card (no debit credit cards) for hotel to preauthorize prior to check-in
  • All guests must adhere to the hotel tournament rules & regulations and respect other hotel guests
  • There will be a "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" in effect for the tournament weekend which could result in the removal of the entire team
  • NO MINI STICKS ARE PERMITTED IN FACILITY
  • Children must be supervised at all times
